Scope
These Terms of Service apply to orders, bookings, purchases, registrations, and contracts for offers provided through recity.live, unless different terms are stated on the respective offer page.
Offers and services
ReCity may offer digital content, city formats, orientation products, community access, events, workshops, consulting services, partner offers, and related information-based or service-based products.
The essential features, prices, dates, access conditions, delivery method, and duration of each offer are stated on the respective offer page, in the checkout, or in the order confirmation.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of offers on recity.live does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
A contract is concluded when an order, booking, purchase, or registration is completed and confirmed by ReCity or through the Shopify checkout.
Prices
The prices shown on the respective offer page and in the checkout at the time of the order apply.
Where taxes apply, they will be shown in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Payment
The available payment methods are shown in the checkout.
Payment is due at the time stated in the checkout or in the respective offer. Access, delivery, or performance may depend on successful payment.
Access and digital provision
Digital content, community access, event access, appointment coordination, or other services are provided after the order through the channels described in the offer, in the checkout, or in the order confirmation.
Where access is provided manually, ReCity will provide access within a reasonable time after the order or booking has been confirmed.
Events, workshops, and time-specific services
For events, workshops, appointments, city formats, consulting sessions, or other time-specific services, the date, time, location, online access details, and participation conditions stated on the respective offer page or in the order confirmation apply.
ReCity may make reasonable changes for good cause, for example if an event format, date, location, host, technical setup, or access method needs to be adjusted. In such cases, ReCity will provide an appropriate replacement solution where reasonable.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Details are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
For digital content, digital access, services, events, workshops, consulting services, and other time-specific or service-based offers, the right of withdrawal may expire early or be limited where the statutory requirements are met.
Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, booking, registering, or contacting ReCity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they can receive emails, access links, confirmations, and other communications sent to the email address used for the order.
Customers must not misuse ReCity content, access links, community spaces, event formats, or digital materials.
Content and usage rights
Texts, digital content, materials, event concepts, workshop materials, community content, and other ReCity content may be used only for the agreed personal or business purpose.
Copying, publishing, reselling, distributing, or making ReCity content available to third parties is not permitted unless expressly agreed.
Community and event conduct
Where an offer includes community access, event participation, workshops, or group formats, participants must behave respectfully and must not disrupt the format, misuse access, or violate the rights of other participants.
ReCity may restrict or terminate access if a participant seriously violates these rules or misuses the offer.
Partner offers and third-party services
ReCity may refer to partner offers, third-party services, external platforms, tools, events, or content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, contracts for third-party offers are concluded with the respective third-party provider. Their own terms and policies may apply.
Availability and technical limitations
ReCity aims to provide its digital and service-based offers reliably. However, temporary interruptions, technical issues, platform limitations, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions may occur.
ReCity will make reasonable efforts to resolve access or technical issues.
Liability
ReCity is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, ReCity is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Final provisions
German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
If individual provisions of these Terms of Service are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The contract language is English, unless another language is expressly agreed or required for a specific offer.
